| Day 1 We receive you at the Juan Santamaria International Airport and then transfer you to Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located by the airport. You can relax, have something to eat, enjoy the pool as you wait the next day for the fun to start! |
| Day 2 Early in the morning we transfer you to the Pacuare River, considered one of the five best places for white water rafting in the world. You will enjoy lunch at the riverside to later continue your tour river down. |
| Day 3 We transfer you to Monteverde and accommodate you at Arco Iris Lodge. Monteverde has one of Costa Rica's most beautiful cloud forests. Arco Iris Lodge is a beautiful hotel that blends in with the surroundings. Its rooms, made out of local woods are charming and very comfortable. |
| Day 4 On this day we will pick you up at the hotel and take you for a great adventure. The Sky Trek allows you to soar through the canopy from treetop to treetop and experience jungle life from a perperspective no other place can offer. The Sky Walk is a combination of suspension bridges and platforms built at the top of the canopy where you can walk and explore the forest at your own pace. |
| Day 4 In the afternoon we take you on a Sky Walk tour. Sky Walk uses trails and a series of suspension bridges for a more relaxing introduction of the flora and fauna of the forest canopy. It allows a vision of the forest from a different perspective which starts with a hike on the ground and then taking you to explore the treetops, a hardly discovered habitat called the “canopy” with a naturalist guide. |
| Day 5 We transfer you by horse, yes... by horse, from Monteverde to Arenal. First we pick you up at Arco Iris Lodge and then ride all the way to Arenal on your new equine friend! In Arenal, home of Costa Rica's only volcano with lava flow, we have reserved accommodations for you at Arenal Lodge. |
| Day 6 This day is reserved for biking at a single trail park based at the foothills of the Arenal volcano. Some technical hills (up & down), curves, and some single track sections will give us a lot of fun! Howler monkeys, toucans, coatis and egrets may come out to greet. Enjoy incredible views of the volcano throughout the ride as well. (Weather permitting). Mountain bikers favorite tour. |
| Day 7 This day is reserved for canyoning. We trek through the forest on magical trails that lead to some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica, a place very few people get to experience. When we arrive at the waterfalls we will rappel from the top down into the beautiful prestine canyon below. |
| Day 8 Transfer to Juan Santamaria International Airport. This is a 4 hour drive aprox., therefore, we recommend you to book your flight having in consideration that you also need to be at the airport 3 hours before daparture time. |
